This Week’s Sports Predictions: April 8 – April 14, 2024

April 7, 2024

Welcome to Sports Astrology Predictions where we take a look at the astrology of competition in a bid to predict who will come out on top!

All sport is ruled by the planet Mars. The position and condition of this protective and combative planet have a significant baseline influence on the outcome of all competition.

This week, Mars gets down to business, thanks to a conjunction with Saturn, the planet of structure and timing. The ambitious frequency generated by these two “bad boys” of the zodiac imparts stamina and ruthless determination to win at all costs. However, the vibes run hot and cold, so an element of frustration can creep in. With the massive energetic disruption of the total solar Great American Eclipse shattering the peace, now is the time to let go of past limitations and embrace all future potential.

We begin this week’s predictions on Friday evening with a baseball game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the Pittsburgh Pirates. Here, the waxing crescent Taurean moon shines her light over the field for a game where skill and stamina will be tested. Later in the evening, basketball teams Washington Wizards and the Chicago Bulls shape up under the Venusian moon for a ruthlessly solid and satisfying match. Finally, baseball teams Cleveland Guardians and the New York Yankees go head-to-head under the auspices of the Taurus moon for a crowd-pleasing battle where almost anything goes.

Game 1

MLB

Philadelphia Phillies -v- Pittsburgh Pirates

Friday 12th April @ 6:40 pm – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

On Friday evening at Citizens Bank Park, the Philadelphia Phillies invite the Pittsburgh Pirates onto their field. With the dog-star Sirius overseeing the action and the Taurus moon aligning with the Amazon star Bellatrix, this will be a courageous fight, especially with the Phillies’ powerful second baseman, Scorpio moon/Venus/Mars combo Bryson Stott and his Virgo sun right in the mix. But it appears that it will be the Pirates’ tricky center fielder, Pisces sun Michael A. Taylor and his lightning-fast Gemini Mars, who will strategically take down the opposition with grit and determination. Pittsburgh Pirates to win.

Game 2

NBA

Washington Wizards -v- Chicago Bulls

Friday 12th April @ 7:00 pm – Washington, DC

On Friday evening at Capital One Arena, the Washington Wizards welcome the Chicago Bulls onto their court. With the waxing light of the Taurus moon getting a helping hand from Jupiter, this will be a massive contest, especially with the Wizards’ volatile small forward, Cancer sun/Mercury combo Kyle Kuzma and his Virgo Mars stirring up a hornets’ nest. However, it appears that it will be the Bulls’ veteran small forward, Libra moon DeMar DeRozan and his loaded and wild Leo Mercury/Venus/Mars combo, who will take the bull by the horns for an outstanding victory. Chicago Bulls to win.

Game 3

MLB

Cleveland Guardians -v- New York Yankees

Friday 12th April @ 7:10 pm – Cleveland, Ohio

On Friday evening at Progressive Field, home team Cleveland Guardians invite the New York Yankees onto their turf. With the Taurus moon aligning with warrior star Bellatrix and getting a boost from Jupiter, this will be a brutal fight, especially with the Guardians’ ambitious first baseman, Capricorn moon Josh Naylor and his loaded and super-handy Gemini sun/Mercury/Venus combo getting into mischief. But it appears that it will be the Yankees’ sensational right fielder, Sagittarius moon Juan Soto and his wild Leo Mars, who will be the one to triumphantly claw his way to the top. New York Yankees to win.

And that’s a wrap for this week in Sports Astrology Predictions. Until next time!
